  If I could I might just give this particular location 0 stars. Fortunately for me the much superior location on Camp Creek is closer along with the location on Cascade Rd. Unfortunately for me this location is the one closest to my mother who has had many misadventures thanks to the incompetence of the various people who work at the store. Let's cite some examples. She went to the store to pay her portion of a bill. A day later service was suspended. Why? Because whoever took her payment applied it to the wrong account making her account delinquent. Another example, her phone suddenly isn't getting service so she goes to the store and a worker tells her that she needs a new SIM card. She gets one and they charge her almost 30 dollars for it even though it should be free. Then when the SIM card is put in the phone it doesn't work meaning that it's a phone issue. They don't refund the money for the card and proceed to put in for a replacement phone. Instead of shipping to her home they have it shipped to the store and then when she picks the new phone up they tell her that they can't port any of her phone's contents over such as her numbers. Later they tell her that the machine wasn't there at the time. Basically it's always something with this location and I wouldn't advice anyone to come here if they can avoid it.
